Who answers when you call?
A dispatcher at the Bellingham yard answers calls Mon–Sat, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., with the route board in front of them. The delivery day you hear is the day a truck is scheduled, not a promise relayed from a call center in another state.
Who runs the company?
NexiteRest Portable Rentals is owned by Mike, who plans routes and service schedules and reviews the planning guides on this site. The yard sits on Pacific Highway on Bellingham's north side, close to I-5, which is why most Whatcom County orders can go out the same day.
What do we rent?
Standard porta potties, deluxe flushing units with sinks, ADA wheelchair-accessible units, two-sink hand washing stations, VIP luxury restrooms and restroom trailers, for job sites, events, homes, farms and plants across six counties.
How we quote
Every quote is itemized: unit, rental length, servicing, delivery and pickup, any rush fee and tax. Nothing is added after you book unless you change the order.
