How does monthly porta potty billing work?
Monthly porta potty rentals bill every 28 days, so a year has 13 cycles, not 12. The first cycle includes delivery and pickup; each later cycle bills the unit and weekly service only. The rental renews until you call or text for pickup, and the last cycle ends on the pickup date.
Can you skip service on a lightly used unit?
Service can drop to every other week on a lightly used unit, such as a cabin used on weekends. The waste tank still needs pumping before it is half full, so service frequency follows actual use. Ask dispatch to adjust the schedule rather than skip visits.

What long-term jobs rent a porta potty?
Long-term porta potty renters include owners building on bare land in Whatcom County, cabins without septic, mobile home renovations, marinas and boat yards, long commercial builds, gravel pits, farm stands and church campuses during remodels. Most keep one unit for 3 to 12 months.
- Land with no water or power: a standard unit plus a hand washing station works off-grid.
- Winter: units get a freeze-resistant tank charge from November to March.
- Remote roads: tell us about gates, steep grades and seasonal road limits.

After choosing monthly rentals as the job type, most renters need three more answers before booking: which unit fits, how many units the head count needs, and what the itemized quote will include. The planning pages below cover each one for Bellingham and the surrounding counties.
Monthly rentals rental questions
Do you offer a lower rate for 6 or 12 months?
Longer commitments can lower the per-cycle rate. Ask when you quote.
Can I pay automatically each cycle?
Cards on file can be charged automatically each 28-day cycle, with an emailed receipt.
What if I forget to call for pickup?
The rental keeps renewing. Set a reminder for your finish date, or give us an end date and we schedule pickup ahead.
Can you swap the unit if it gets damaged?
Damaged or worn units are swapped during a service visit. Report damage by phone or text.
Can I keep a unit at my cabin over winter?
A unit can stay over winter with a freeze-resistant charge and a service schedule that matches road access.
