What we collect

The quote form collects your delivery ZIP code, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew count, and the page you sent it from. When you call, text or email, we keep the details you give us to quote, schedule and bill your rental, including the delivery address and placement notes.

How form data is handled

Quote-form submissions are delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use it

To prepare quotes and schedule delivery, service and pickup.
To text or call you about your rental.
To keep billing and tax records.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Analytics

This site may count page views and clicks on call and quote buttons to see which pages help visitors. These counts do not identify you by name.

Retention

Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted after 12 months. Rental and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
