Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
Plain-language terms for every rental. Your quote lists the dates, units and charges that apply to you.

Payment
Payment is due at booking by credit or debit card, by phone or through an emailed payment link. Approved business accounts may be invoiced. Drivers do not collect cash or checks.
Event rentals
Event rentals cover up to 3 days, usually delivery the day before the event and pickup the next business day. Weekend events are delivered by Friday or Saturday and picked up Monday.
28-day cycles and renewal
Rentals longer than a week bill per 28-day cycle and include the service visits listed on the quote. Each cycle renews automatically until you request pickup by phone, text or email. Billing ends on the pickup date; a partial final cycle is billed as a full cycle.
Cancellation and changes
- Cancel 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery: full refund.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before delivery: the delivery and pickup charge may be kept if a truck has been loaded or routed.
- Date changes are free when the new date has availability.
Placement and access
You choose the spot. It must be firm, reasonably level and reachable by the delivery truck. You are responsible for permits needed to place a unit in a public right-of-way. If the driver cannot safely reach the spot, the unit is set at the nearest safe location and you are contacted.
Damage, fire and loss
Units are the property of NexiteRest Portable Rentals. You are responsible for damage beyond normal use, including fire, vandalism, tipping caused by moving the unit, and loss. Do not move units yourself. Report damage promptly by phone or text.
Servicing and contents
Only human waste and toilet paper belong in the tank. Paint, concrete washout, trash, diapers and chemicals in the tank can result in a cleaning charge.
Weather and access delays
Snow, ice, floods, ferry cancellations and border closures can delay delivery, service or pickup. Affected visits are rescheduled to the first safe date.
